Resoling is the most important repair to extend the lifespan of your favorite shoes. This service includes a resoling over the full length of the shoes. 

Are you in doubt on whether your shoes need a full resoling already? Send us a photo or drop by, we are happy to think along!

The Hand offers a no-hassle shoe repairs service for our local clients. You can drop off your shoes* at our Boutique or request a pick-up via +31646963386 (in Amsterdam only). We take care of the rest!

*We accept all premium shoes for this service, including those of makers/brands we do not offer.

 

We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and stress-free.

Shipping Costs: We ask for a contribution to shipping costs: €10 within the Netherlands, €20 within Europe, and €30 outside Europe. We cover the rest. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

Returns: Returns are free within 30 days for standard purchases (sale items excluded). Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Exchanges: Simply return your item and place a new order or request an exchange directly.
