Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Try your shoes on in the comfort of your home, and let us know if you need a different size or a refund. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For standard purchases, returns are free of charge, and we cover the shipping cost. For sale items, different conditions apply (please see below).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all original packaging.
  • Please include the dust bag and box as they are part of the product.
  • When trying shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
  • Limit movement to avoid creases in the upper, as we want the next owner to have the pleasure of breaking them in.
  • Return the item in suitable postal packaging like the package you received it in.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you.

To initiate a return, contact us at dennis@meetthehand.com. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For returns from outside the EU, please mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS.

 

Sale Items

For items purchased on sale, the return conditions differ:

  • You can return or exchange sale items just like standard purchases, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • The shipping charge for returns is the same fixed rate you paid during checkout. We will provide you with a return label after you contact us.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the size or style you need is to return the item you have and place a new order. Once we receive and accept your return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Alternatively, you can request an exchange for a different size or style. We will ship the new item to you upon receiving your return, subject to availability at the time of the exchange request.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as made-to-order shoes or custom products (special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions about your item, feel free to contact us—we’re here to help where possible.
