Exchanges and Returns
Try your shoes on in the comfort of your own home, and let us know straightaway if you would like a different size or refund. We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and you can ship it back to us at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep our return policy in mind:
- Please return all items including the dust bag and box, since they are an integral part of the product.
- When you try shoes on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
- Limit your movement to prevent creases in the upper - we want the final owner of the shoes to have the pleasure to break them in!
- Return the item in suitable postal packaging like the package you received your order in.
Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For returns from outside the EU, please mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS".
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can request a different size or style, and we will ship it to you upon receipt of your return (subject to availability when you request the exchange).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like made-to-order shoes or other custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We will help you where we can.
