Returns
* We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt.
* Returns are free of charge for standard purchases—we cover the shipping costs.
* Sale items can be returned, but return shipping costs apply (see below).
* Shoes must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging, including the dust bag and box.
* When trying on shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

Exchanges
